Day #1. Looking for a great support group to keep each other motivated!
Day #1 is upon me. I am 170lbs (EEEK!!) and I want to be 145lbs by May. Absolutely achievable. This time last year, I did the whole diet and exercise thing and got down to 145lbs in April, 2010. Needless to say, I put it all back on in 6 months.
I love this forum. I hope I can meet other women who need a little motivation, and wouldn't mind helping me stay motivated. It's always fun for the first week then it becomes so challenging.
I'm a stay at home mom from suburban Philly (the fattest city in America and for good reason! Have any of you ever tried a Geno's cheese steak at 4am?! DELICIOUS!)
