Fiber Enthusiast!
Hello everyone,
My name is Veronica and I am 21 years old. I've suffered from depression since I was very young, which has caused my weight to fluctuate a lot. I started the year 2010 at 150 lbs and during summer I weighted about 120. I ended the year at 134 lbs.
I've been pressured by my mother most of my life to lose weight, and most of the time I feel my appearance is the only thing my family values.
I wish I could say 'screw them' and be satisfied with my weight, but that's not happening any time soon. Plus, my eating habits aren't of the healthiest considering my weight pattern...
I'm hoping to loose 10 lbs and keep them off by following a healthy fiber-rich diet.
Any help and advice would be appreciated!
