This time last year I was 40 pounds lighter
I've struggled with my weight my entire adult life. Last fall I gave in to the HCG diet fad and dropped 40 pounds and felt great. BUT, just like all the forums said I would, I've gained it all back plus a few pounds. I thought I would be the exception to the rule and not gain back the weight, but definitely not the case. Once it started coming back on, it came on quick and it felt like I was out of control. Of course the truth of the matter is, I wasn't exercising or making the best food choices......
Anyway, I'm glad to be here and look forward to the support from others with the same struggles.
