Thanks all! Just back from a two mile walk at the gym. That's further than I can usually go! I have bad ankles and feet, but today they behaved themselves, mostly.

e-readers are SO awesome... I admit the Sony readers tempt me, but there's been no place to go see one local to me. I was hoping my Wal-Mart would put an e-reader section in, but it doesn't appear to be happening, sigh.

I love being able to change font size on the fly, super for older eyes!

Thank you! I don't know if it's the cold weather or the gloom, but I have just wanted to eat like crazy this week. Binge style, even if what I actually binged on was all healthy food. I know I was around maintenance calories at least two days and above on another. The good news is that I appear to have just maintained and not gained. But tomorrow is the official weigh-in.
