Cruise in 2 months - Panic!!
Hi everyone, my name is Angela. I am officially new here but have been lingering off and on for about 2 years. I just booked a cruise for September 30th and finally have to get on the ball. My current weight is 163, I am 5'6" and wear a size 10-12. I want to be back to a size 6 by sail date. I know, ambitious, but all I can do is try. I was tiny before I had my daughter 5 years ago and it didn't just melt away like it did with the first one. They really should warn you of that. So my plan is to take Lipo 6 hers twice a day (at a lower dose than they recommended due to side effects) and try to stick to very small healthy meals. I've lost about an inch in the past week. I'm also trying to exercise every day. Doing Tae Bo mostly. It's way to hot in NC to do anything outside! I'm thinking about doing South Beach as well. I can't just give up this time so I came here to have a good suppoort system. Has anyone else had luck with Lipo 6?
