My name is Jorie and I do have a lot to lose. I need a lot of support because I am not getting it from my friends and family. From what I have read, this is the best place to get support. I want to get under 200 pounds by next year (I want to do it healthy, so that's only about 5-10 pounds a month). I am hoping that I can do that and stick to it. I hope that this forum will help a lot.

Welcome to 3FC! You say that you have a lot to lose. I suggest you turn that around and say that you have a lot to GAIN. Better health and happiness are just the beginning to what you can achieve.
