I just wanted to say WOW to this website. I've known about this site for many years but on Monday (well, Tuesday morning at 2 am) I was doing some surfing about looking fat, feeling fat, best diet...whatever. I looked at this site again and never saw the "forums". Since Tuesday I have been HOOKED !!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is my first posting so I can get my ticker (lol). And thought I would add that I have lost 6 lbs in 4 days. I slipped a little yesterday but I'm not feeling guilty about it. I rode my stationary bike for 2 of the days so I think I'm on track again (lol). I'm counting calories and trying not to go over 1500 with some exercise (bike 3-4 times a week for starters and walking the dog for 30 minutes a day). So, here I am now looking forward to meeting everyone here and hearing your stories to keep me inspired and motivated.
Hello, I am new to this sight but am looking forward to getting started with IP.
I have noticed that alot of you have said for the first few days you have had bad headaches, I am on hormones because I have been having headaches that have put me in the hospital. The drs believe the headaches are caused from low hormone levels.
Are the headaches really that bad? I am really looking forward to stating the program, but am worried about the headaches.
I have tried numerous diets and have not had much luck with them. I really hope this program will work for me. I have been overweight for about 25 years and am ready to be fit and trim again. My husband is very supportive and one of my daughters is going to try this with me, so we do have the support we need.
