Hi Everyone
Hi - I'm Liz. I've battled tons of times and it seems I can never take a break from my battle. I haven't found the right exercise / weightloss plan for me.
I've worked out 6 days a week to lose 30 pounds, I've done WW and lost the same 30 pounds.. Its just getting tougher for me to keep time to focus on me. I have 2 daughters who take up a lot of my time and I find that the only time for me is after the day is done and that gets me to 930-10.
I need something simple that I know I can do without a lot of effort that keeps me going. I've tried everything and read everything. I'm not sure what or who to believe anymore.
I loved turbo jam, I did it religiously for a year. I lost my personal time to do it so here I am again on the roller coaster.
I'm stuck in a rut trying to get the strength to get motivated again. Any words of wisdom you can offer?
