Hi Everyone

  • Hi - I'm Liz. I've battled tons of times and it seems I can never take a break from my battle. I haven't found the right exercise / weightloss plan for me.

    I've worked out 6 days a week to lose 30 pounds, I've done WW and lost the same 30 pounds.. Its just getting tougher for me to keep time to focus on me. I have 2 daughters who take up a lot of my time and I find that the only time for me is after the day is done and that gets me to 930-10.

    I need something simple that I know I can do without a lot of effort that keeps me going. I've tried everything and read everything. I'm not sure what or who to believe anymore.

    I loved turbo jam, I did it religiously for a year. I lost my personal time to do it so here I am again on the roller coaster.

    I'm stuck in a rut trying to get the strength to get motivated again. Any words of wisdom you can offer?

    This is the best place on the net to come for advice, tips, motivation and support.

    My motivation is to remind myself daily why I am on this journey and that only I can choose if I fail or succeed and I refuse to fail this time.
