I'm fairly new to this weight loss adventure, but incredibly determined.
For the past three weeks, I was on Atkins. I did really well at sticking to the plan, but the diet was causing my digestive system to go haywire. After some serious thought, I made the decision to change my strategy. Now I'm counting calories for the first time in my life, with help from The Daily Plate.
I'm not in a hurry to lose, because I want this to be a sustainable way of eating and living. And I know I have a long task ahead of me, so that's why I decided to join 3FC. Why go through it alone, when I don't have to?!
