I am restarting SouthBeach and looking for a community to keep me motivated looks like 3fc has everything i am looking for so thought i would post my intro ~ I am Joni (32) mom to 3 and having to get this body healthy before it's too late. I have Poly-cystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) so the most effective way for me is doing low-carb- i did SB before but quit

You are in luck....there is a Southbeach diet forum full of supportive people who are also on that diet! There are menus for all meals and phases! You should find lots of info and support there....
Also....there is a PCOS support thread on here too!
Just look around and check things out....I bet you will find alot here you can relate too and that will help ya!
