Greetings
I just wanted to introduce myself. I am a (practically) life-long dieter and even bigger gainer. In May of last year I took on a low carb lifestyle and have since lost close to 90 lbs. I still have a way to go, but, you know, I am pretty excited about what has happened so far.
This isn't the first time I've lost significant weight, but I tend to gain it back faster then I lost it. The fact that my weight has been generally going down for this long is a huge step for me.
I look forward to getting to know the posters here.

Chickie . . . you are doing wonderfully well and you've definitely come to the right place for lots of support and encouragement as you continue down the long, and often bumpy, road to better health and fitness. We are all here for you.
