Thumbs up new here but not to dieting

id like to introduce my self with my story of how i got here. i started at 240 before the holidays but that just got to stressfull to many temptations. I started up agian in january and only had gained 7pounds. went back on my usual diet lost 7 pounds in the first week and 1 pound there after and that was with workouts 3-4 days a week then after about 2 weeks i stalled not losing any then started to gain same diet still working out. changed my diet added more salads and used more eggwhites then i stayed the same so i started to work out with no weights. i just plain stalled. i started to search the internet for quick weightloss fad diets nothing that i would want to do or you had to pay, then i came across an old pocket book from 1968 before i was even born and there were quite a few in there. but as of today i now weigh 223 been on the diet for only 5 days i started on monday feb 25 at 230 iam very excited, i feel stronger.

Welcome, Welcome.

I recently read a book: Burn the fat, feed the muscle by Tom Venuto.
It is an book you download from the internet. One of the great 3fc told me about it. It is not a diet it is about 80% nutrition, weights and cardio. I thought you might think it was interesting. Take care.
