Hello,
This is my first day on this board, however I've been doing the atkins diet the past five days. I woke up this morning with a massive headache, back pains and a stomach ache and decided I need to try something different. So its my first day on WW,

Already I've found a lot of information and support on these boards.

Hey, Shari! I'm on Atkins myself. I'm sorry you woke up feeling awful this morning. I don't know how you felt the first four days, but I know that some people (including myself) have carb/caffiene withdrawls for the first few days/first week of induction. It's pretty normal. Headaches, feeling really tired, etc.

If you're gonna stick with WW instead, I wish you the best of luck!!
