Hello there. My name is Lianne and I am new to this forum. Nice to meet everyone!!
I've just recently signed up to run a 5k for breast cancer in my community, so I thought it would be a good time to lose those pesky 15-20lbs. I've been meaning to shed. The race is on Oct. 14th, and I've been training for 3 weeks so far, running 3-4 times a week up to 3.1 miles. Whew!
Anyhoo, just thought it would be nice to share my progress with a bunch of you who are in the same boat! Nothing like a little encouragement, right?
