Hi,
I want to lose 25 pounds after a few failures. I don't have much time to exercise so I want to learn to eat better. I hope I'll make it this time
Though with 15lbs to go, I have come to a bit of a standstill with my weightloss so I am thinking of really buckling down with the exercise. I feel I may have lost faster with exercise, but I just wanted to pop in with a bit of encouragement and say losing weight w/o exercise is not entirely impossible 
Take a photo of me from my ribcage up, or my hips down and you'd think I was already at 127, but my stomach is being ultra stubborn!! It's getting a lot smaller, but to me it just seems like a smaller version of a fat stomach
