I have been reading a bit about that broccoli/cheese soup. I'll get it in my next order.
Yesterday:
late breakfast- brownie/black coffee
L-jicama and celery/mug cake (wow-really good but i thought it would be bigger. Is it suppose to puff up?)
D- deli meat of fresh turkey, roast beef, soppresetta/ cole slaw/steamed broccoli
athletic protocol - added popcorn (you are allowed corn, so I don't see a difference- i have to ask my coach about that one)/goat cheese
snack-choc.chip pancake with syrup - yum.
Good morning, all! I love the accountability of coming here to write down my plan for the day and seeing yesterday's plan was completed as scheduled.
6/23/16:
Exercise: 30 minute walk with dog
B: IP Omelette with spinach and salsa
L: Romaine with IP Trail Mix and 2 oz tuna
S: IP Mango RTD
D: Grilled Chicken with Sauteed Zukes/Squash
B: Chocolate drink blended with ice in the blender ( i love this breakfast)
L: Two cups steamed broccoli and a vanilla square
D: Turkey burger with 2 cups mushrooms roasted with a bit of olive oil, garlic powder and cayenne ( this is my favorite dinner these days)
S: caramel mug cake
B-IP wafer cookie/coffee
L-celery/jicama and mug cake
D-greek salad and gyro meat (not sure if that's allowed but it surprisingly low in calories so I don't see why not)
snack- pancake
I'm off for the weekend, so I'll check back in next week.

L: BBQ crisps and salad
D" Turkery burger again, Im obsessed with the butterball premade turkey burgers..so tasty, and I think with 2 cups of steamed cauliflower tonight
S: caramel Mug Cake. its my new obsession

B: Pineapple drink, lemon water, and a coffee
L: Chopped spinach salad with radish, red onion, jicama and 1 hard-boiled egg with my new dressing favorite: 1 tblsp WF Coleslaw dressing & 1 tblsp WF mayo mixed with paprika, IP salt, fresh cracked pepper. Crispy cereal for "dessert" (I am trying a bunch of new IP products this week).
D: Deviled eggs with cabbage & fennel (probably roasted, or a slaw)
S: Will be trying the caramel mug cake
B: Chocolate chip pancakes with one tbs waldon farms syrup
L: Coconut restricted bar and salad with lettuce tomato, cucumber and red onion with Good seasoning italian dressing (made wth apple cider vinegar and less oil more water)
D: Chicken and Broccoli

Today:
B: Pineapple banana drink, lemon water and decaf breakfast tea with lemon/splenda (my new favorite warm beverage!)
L: Spinach salad with IP dressing, onions and 1 hard-boiled egg, crispy cereal for 'dessert'
D: 6 oz. Shrimp with grainy mustard, roasted asparagus with olive oil
S: Wildberry yogurt shake
Yesterday I shook things up
B: herb omelet with fresh chives and parsley (my herb garden is going crazy), eaten as lettuce wrap, plus coffee with milk
L: rotini pasta salad with tons of basil, leftover roast cabbage and okra (i haven't eaten okra in probably 10 years, it's good!)
D: grilled chicken, cauliflower fried in olive oil til crispy with tons of garlic, salad and a raw asparagus, onion, lime, jalapeno and cilantro salsa.
S: raspberry jello -- i'm addicted, and so is my 4-year-old.
Today back to routine I think:
B: choc pudding as drink with fresh brewed coffee over ice
L: broc cheese soup with whatever leftover roast veggies I have (i've got in the habit of roasting big quantities -- I weigh it first and then kinda eye what a cup is, seems to be working out ok)
D: eek, i have no idea! but reading this thread inspired me to finally cook that rhubarb i bought a while back, so that will be part of it, unless i have it blended in the yogurt shake for breakfast tomorrow, which sounds awesome.
I started IP exactly a month ago, and I'm down exactly 20 pounds today. Wow. I had lost all feeling of control and now the world seems like a different place. So grateful I found this.
Today:

L: Salad with lettuce, tomato, cucumber and red onion and 2 tbs of good seasonings dressing made with less oil, vanilla square.
D: Turkey burger with mustard and pickles and probably roasted cauliflower ot peppers and mushrooms.

Today is my first day back on plan in too long. I'm up too many pounds and I realize that I need to be a little more aware of what I am eating.
B: IP Chocolate Drink
L: 2 oz roast beef, jalapenos, 2 cup cauliflower, 1 cup chicken stock, IP rotini
D: 6oz ground beef, 2 cup cauliflower, 1/2 can mushrooms, 1 cup chicken stock
S: Bengal spice tea, IP vanilla crispy square
B: Coffee, lemon water and IP iced cappuccino drink
L: Mixed mashed steamed cauliflower and kohlrabi with the IP leek soup, very creamy & rich; plus a spinach and red onion salad with WF honey mustard dressing
S: IP BBQ chips with WF ranch dressing
D: Ground turkey sauteed with diced red peppers, 1/2 red jalapeno, zucchini, and spinach, served in lettuce cups
Second snack will be raspberry IP jello was more hungry today than usual.
