Supper: Unstuffed Cabbage Roll Soup
Snack: IP Chocolate RTD heated and with cinnamon and nutmeg for a "Mexican Hot Chocolate"

Oh my goodness, I practically lived on your recipes last time around Rainbow. You always had the best ones... Is your carrot ginger soup posted anywhere???

Today:
B:- IP Vanilla & Coffee
S: Boiled egg white, red peppers
L: Chick Fila grilled Nuggets, side salad with no dressing ( I saw sugar in their list of ingredients, but overall only 4 carbs, which I think I can take away from somewhere else!)
S: IP wafer
D: roasted cauli, lettuce, 3 oz fish
S: IP bbq chips

Seriously, those Rainbow' recipes saved me .. after a while you get bored with the same foods and it was SO FUN to try new P1 recipes and snacks!

S: planned snack at football game, only if desperate- a few Atkins m'n'm's (better than cheating and buying candy, right?)

Brekkie: IP Chocolate" RTD heated with cinnamon and nutmeg for a "Mexican Hot Chocolate OMG so delicious!
Lunch: 2 Cups homemade Orange Ginger Soup, (IP Potato Puree Packet saved for supper)
Supper: IP Legal Sloppy Joes on Potato Buns!! This was off the chart FANTASTIC!!!
Snack: (approved by my coach) QUEST Sea Salt Chips (I have a large stock I am using up since restarting IP officially)



IPP1 D22 Friday Sept 25, 2015
Early Morning: Coffee
Brekkie: IP RTD Vanilla in glass of homemade Espresso over ice
Lunch: 2 Cups homemade Orange Ginger Soup, IP Chocolate Pudding saved for supper time b/c I had no time to eat it.
Supper: Filet Mignon, Salad with lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, homemade Lemon Ginger vinaigrette, IP Chocolate Hot Pot (YUM!!!)
Snack: (approved by my coach) QUEST Sea Salt Chips

Thanks for the soup recipe, rainbow!!! Have all the ingredients on my grocery list, can't wait to try it. =)

Today is a tough one with all day stuff like flag football and marching band competitions. Will have to be prepared to eat out and on the run...

B: IP vanilla shake & coffee, a touch of scrambled eggs & bacon
L: Walmart grilled chicken salad. Yum, and was able to pick out huge chunks of carrots and cheese.
S: Celery sticks
S: Bar or wafer
on the go,
D: salad and grilled meat out at some restaurant. =),

Brekkie: Orange Gingerbread Belgium Waffle!! SO GOOD!! (IP Pancake Packet)
Lunch: Large Salad, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, cucumbers, red bell pepper, with lemon ginger vinaigrette and mint and topped with 1 ounce lamb. 1/2 serving Mexican Hot Chocolate. (IP Chocolate RTD)
Supper: BBQ Cabbage Roll Soup, Toasted Potato Buns!! (tastes like hushpuppies/cornbread) YUM!!! will make more!! (IP Potato Puree and IP Crispy Cereal Packet made 6 buns, I had 3 for 1 serving)
Snack: (approved by my coach) QUEST Sea Salt Chips, remaining 1/2 serving Mexican Hot Chocolate

Supper: BBQ Cabbage Roll Soup, Toasted Pimento and Chives Potato Buns!! YUM!!!
Snack: (1/2 IP Potato Puree packet and 1/2 crispy cereal packet used for potato buns for supper)
