I've had a bloated, icky-feeling week. My pants are too tight. Pretty much think this is a low-grade virus I'm fighting. Can't wait for it to go away. Until then, I'm NOT getting on the scale. I can feel the inflammation.

Dinner: 93% lean hamburger patty in lettuce wrap w/mustard and sugarfree (sucralose) pickle relish
Snack: choc drink w/instant decaf,ice and spinach blend
IPP1W7D38 B Mango RTD with spinach L a TOTAL FAIL but I ate it anyway...was suppose to be flatbread from IP tomato basil soup BUT it didn't "make" so I had sautéed veggies with the glop that resulted from the "bread". Thank goodness for turkey bacon! it helped save my lunch from being inedible. D Broiled swaii, steamed asparagus, green salad S herbal tea and pumpkin spice "biscotti" from IP Vanilla pudding and Crispy cereal (recipe here http://www.3fatchicks.com/forum/idea...ml#post5137310 post 266)

Well just tried a NEW IP product, it's the yogurt, vanilla and almond drink do not waist your money it taste like Robutussin!! I'll be sticking with the Vanilla

Hello Ipeeps. I haven't had any movement in 3 weeks so I thought I should start posting my meals again. Maybe there is something I am missing. I use 4 packs because I do cardio each day.

L-Healthwise chicken bouillon soup with 1 cup cauliflower 1 cup homemade roasted red peppers
S-Healthwise crangrape drink
D-8 oz hamburger 2 cups oven roasted cauliflower with olive oil and garlic
S-Healthwise hot chocolate
