I wonder if PB cravings are at all related to the "low fat" part of the diet? I know if you crave a banana, your body is telling you to have potassium, for example. It could just be that PB is yummy, or that it's comfort food from when we were wee ones with a PBandJ sandwich everyday. However, maybe as we're cutting out fattier foods, it explains a craving for a fatty food?...
