I can not believe the unbelievable amounts of energy I've had the past few days. Today makes 2 weeks on program and I'm doing things that used to wear me out just thinking about. I haven't stopped all day! Anyone else surprisingly energized? I heard I might feel low on energy.
some days I have loads of energy on IP, some days I just want to sleep all afternoon. It comes and goes, but mainly I've been feeling pretty good
I feel this way as well... one thing I have noticed with even just a few pounds less, is that my body has stopped hurting and I feel a little lighter on my feet, I'm guessing that was because of water retention...
Weeee! I hear ya, ever since about week 3 or 4, I'm alert, energetic and focused! I used to drink red bull and crash, and was constantly lethargic and lazy. Its amazing. I don't even have a drop of caffeine and feel great!
Ya I don't do any caffeine and I started this because I have spondylolethis (not sure I spelled it right) but it's a break in my back and they were talking about surgery if I don't lose some weight so hear I am. I used to be in a lot of pain at the end of every day, but now I feel great.
I don't get the energy boost from this diet at all
I never did my first round with IP and I am not this time either, as soon as I phased off the first round, within a couple of days I had all kinds of energy, so I guess like hair-loss, either you do or you don't . lol
I have been able to do so much more on IP than ever before. Yes, the first weeks were tough but once it settled down there was no stopping! No more lethargy.
That's how I feel, its like between the weight loss I've already experienced and the better health I just feel energized, I literally feel lighter on my feet already and it's only been 15lbs to date! (well I say only lol, but what I mean is I have plenty more to go and I'm off to a great start.)
I had lower energy before I started IP and still don't have lots.... I might have a little more energy since going off the sugar but at the end of the day I'm still beat and really have to push myself to take the dog for a walk. Good thing he's my baby or it wouldn't happen!
