Not many people care that for the first time in probably 20 years?? I was able to fit into regular womens jeans xl 16-18 size at Walmart. To me that is normal compared to 22-26W - and you guys will understand that in some way.

Hurray, Luccilove! 36 pounds and XL jeans. Those are fantastic NSVs.

Kooky, so happy that the test results are improving. Your walk sounds wonderful, you live in such a beautiful area. Sounds like a great day.

Luccilove, babble away, I love reading everyone's thoughts! I totally get the happy dance for smaller pants. I just went pant shopping last week and got into a 18, that was probably the first time in 12 years, can't wait to be a 16 or smaller, who knows how long it has been for those!!

Slipfree, I had to stop watching Biggest Loser, EVERY episode would make me cry!!! LOL

Kooky, great news at the Dr. it is nice to be "normal" there!!! At least you know losing weight is doing your body good, besides looking good!!!

Goodnight all! Hope the scale will be good to me in the morning!!

Good morning! I am home today with a sick DD! I can get caught up on a few things while she rests.

Well it is official, I am half way to goal! Hopefully the 2nd half will come off as quickly as the first!! Good luck to everyone else at WI this week.

Good morning everyone!

About 5 inches of snow on the ground. The scale is down 1 pound, I will take it and I have a reason for all the water retention: TOM is early! Oh, and a friend is buying the 9 four packs of EAS shakes!

How about answering these ??

How tall are you? 5'7

What is your favorite IP food? Bananna strawberry rtd, restricted choc. brownie

Least favorite IP food? crispy cereal or rotini

What food do you miss? avocados and olives

What is the next item of clothing that you hope to fit into? couple pairs of size 12 pants from the skinny side of my closet.

Who has been your greatest supporter during IP? My mom and this group.

How do you stay IP focused? I think about the scale. If what I am going to choose will have a negative impact on the scale, I tell myself-NO. I have really wanted pickles this week but all the water retention has had me saying NO.

What is the most helpful coach advice you have gotten? Recipes I guess.

Great day, weighed in and down 3.00lbs (week 11 (IP). I am thrilled. I leave on my vacation to Dreams Villamagna this coming Monday, so my coach and I discussed ways to enjoy my holiday that don't revolve around food. I plan to make responsible choices and indulge responsibly for me. I watched the "Biggest Loser" last night and was inspired, some of those folk have lost 70-110 lbs in 13 weeks, mind you they have left their families, exercise continually and have a chef preparing meals. I still am inspired and proud of anyone that makes that decision to go for it and change, and lose the weight. Very Cold up here in Manitoba, Canada today.

Forgot to tell all of you my coach mentioned today that the herb and garlic unrestricted chips that have been backordered for what seems like forever are going to be back in February!

Dlr- great weigh in! You must be so excited for your vacation! Can't even imagine how cold it is in Manitoba, it is in the single digits here. So cold, that the bird feeder suction cups will not stick to the window! I watched the biggest loser last night too. They all looked so proud and relieved that they had their lives back. And... We are doing that too! I am sure that you will do fine on your vacation

I just made the best IP hack recipe yet from my clinic-

apple cinnamon waffles

1 vanilla pudding packet
1 tsp melted WF apple butter
1tsp of cinnamon
2oz. of water
Wisk together, cook in waffle maker. Top with melted WF apple butter

It was tasty

Hi!

Have some new things that I am loving! Taking the strawberry banana rtd and slightly freezing it, tastes like a frozen yogurt shake. Second, chai tea with Torani 000 brown sugar and cinnamon is yummy. Both new finds are helping me switch things up.
