Hello everyone. I'm have my first reboot appointment on Wed morning. (I'm trying to get a start on my own before then.)...I have never actually reached my weight goal in my life. So I've joined three chicks and have vowed to track my food this time.
Daily Bread, sorry for your loss. We're here for you! You can do this and get to goal!

Hang in there, Roo. I'd agree with Sunflower here. I'm 5'1" and my goal is 125, although I got down to 119 and loved it there, so I'm rebooting to get back. That's a size 6P for me, and I'm happy with that. (from size 20-22 pants, that's a great improvement!)
But that said, only you can decide what weight is right for you. You want a weight that makes you feel wonderful and still be healthy. You deserve to get into whatever size you want.
restarted I'm on day 3. It's a bit tougher regrouping that the first time, but I am determined. Gain motivation when I read all the posts. Thank you for the inspiration.
End of Day 4 for me. I think I've lost a few pounds and do not feel so bloated. Not in ketosis yet, but I hope it's coming soon. I'm in the hungry stage.
It was a crazy food day today. We're in our " before semester meeting days" and today was the day of the faculty luncheon at the Chinese buffet. I think I did ok, with salad, lots of broccoli, and a bunch of chicken and shrimp. I'll have my packet for dinner tonight instead of lunch. I should be just fine, except for the added sodium in the restaurant food.
Be positive and take the good decisions you made today sand don't allow negative thoughts to enter your mind. All things worthwhile take time, remember that.
Hey everyone. Glad to see that, overall, everyone has been pretty OP lately.
I too have been OP but for some reason this week I just feel a little sluggish, if that makes sense. I haven't gone off plan or anything but it seems to be a little bit of an off week.
I think to increase weight loss, especially when in a reboot I think I am going to switch up to the Bootcamp Protocol after my next weigh in

joysh: Hang in there, ketosis is right around the corner. It isn't fun getting there is it? Fantastic that you made the good choices today, at a Chinese buffet no less. I would have found that extremely difficult. I'm in day 5 and a little less grumpy, so I must be in ketosis, lol.

manna, congrats on Day 3. I agree that it's harder. But it's also a chance for all of us to prove to ourselves that we can self-correct. I think that will make the relationship to eating more relaxed.
Thank you all for your kind words. My heart goes out to you too 65x65. I look forward to all
the encouragement I am seeing here. And I hope give back to all of you too.
Day 5 for me. Yesterday I was just not feeling right, but today I am feeling better. So far this journey has not been to bad. I am already feeling much better, not so blotted and just all around feeling better about my eatting habits knowing that this is what works! I will Keep on Marching forward. WE CAN DO THIS!!
Day 9 of my reboot. Cold and foggy here. Days like this it makes it harder to stay motivated. It is comfort food weather but I will stay strong.
So, what can we tell ourselves instead? Or plan?
Maybe it's time to give old comfort foods a fresh makeover so they'll be sustainable into maintenance
This week I've made chili, chicken soup, and a roast.
All low carb
It's time to give ourselves new, positive messages
