Heavenly! I baked a granny smith apple with cinnamon and stevia, just like apple pie filling and didn't miss the crust. I had milk with gluten free granola and put some of the apple in it too, so good. Turkey sausage also. Chai latte too (half milk in granola half in chai).
I think I have residual bloat from yesterday but so far don't have the overly stuffed feeling. Full though.
