Thanks for all your well wishes everyone! My back is feeling much better. Today is the first time I feel like myself in a long time.

Here's to a great week everyone!

Awesome

Just a quick check in! Still away, won't be back for another week. No weigh ins for 3 weeks! I have continued 100%OP throughout my time away, I am proud to say! Most of the time it has been easy - a few times when I had to draw on every ounce of will power - but was able to overcome! Hope to see a loss when I return.

Littlestar I hope you are recovering from that spill you took.

Hope this next week is a great one for all.

Great pictures! You look amazing. (And seem happier too!)

Good morning all! Had a very busy OP weekend, so I wasn't able to get on here. But I was thinking of all of you and hoping you all had a great weekend.

Another busy week around here...it's Homecoming week! And of course, my daughter is very involved in it all since she is a cheerleader at her high school. Just means I have more to do than normal. Oh well...will keep me busy and out of the kitchen! (Need to look at the positive!)

Off to the gym before my day really begins. Have a wonderful OP Monday!

Weigh in tomorrow and I'm anticipating my first zero loss or slight gain. I know it's common so I'm gearing up for the mental aspect of seeing those digital numbers come up. I weigh myself at home now and again and the scale hasn't moved this week. I haven't done anything differently, but last week was a big loss for me. On the up side, my belt is tighter by one notch this week, so perhaps I'm experiencing the spatial shift that others have talked about. One foot in front of the other!

Happy you are feeling much better, LittleStar. Back pain is the worst. I am sad that you hurt your back again; be very careful and make sure you are wearing the proper shoes. Take good care and take it sloooow.

Hi Willow - the scale surprises us sometimes so keep an open / positive perspective. I hope it moves in your favor. Maybe drink some more water tonight if possible. At any rate, whatever the scale reads, you will face it head on. Fingers crossed for you!

Although my scale hasn't moved, suddenly all of my pants are hanging pretty loosely. It is only a matter of time before our scales will move

YESSS, LISA! Happy you have that gratification at this time. That's a big telltale when the pants hang loose and sounds like you have a few pairs that are doing just this.. You GO Gurl! Sending scale movement vibes your way!

Thank you! I know it's common to have a non-loss now and then and I've been fortunate to not have any so far. I swear this weight loss business is 10% physical and 90% mental!

Indeed it is.

I think that's why I like the forum so much - it's a great place to keep our head straight so that the 10% physical can happen

IP WILL POWER to all
And to all a good night!

It is a complete mental challenge with physical "side effects".
If our head isn't in the "game", our bodies will not follow.

Some time ago, we had some people posting who believed that to overcome stalls we has to work thru whatever mental blocks were stalling us, such as past trauma or thing we haven't forgiven ourselves for

I can't think of any traumas I've experienced at this weight. Maybe I should explore my life at my goal? Thing is, I honestly can't remember last time I was normal BMI range so I have to guess.

That's great Lisa...the scale is sooo not the only thing, as you know, oohhh so well. At some point size and overall health are the more important pieces...esp now that you have already lost so much!

Lookin' good...feelin' good...It's ALL good!!
