You know, I do sometimes forget that. I will try that. Thanks Lisa.

Good morning all! I am hungry hungry today. Heading to the mountains this evening and hope I don't have a hungry attack on the way. Will have to get some veggies during lunch as my planning is off today. Alas. It was just not my "day" yesterday evening. Onwards and upwards!

I've had several hungry days lately. Extra salad for me!
It doesn't help that when I'm away from home there is what I call "an overexposure to food". Some folks telling me they do t know why they're struggling with their weight. Perhaps it's because they're always eating!

I met my coach for the first time yesterday. My official start date will be August 12 (I'll be leaving on vacation for 3 weeks next Friday). She seems pretty good. I'll be meeting with her once a week. She also likes to text clients to see how they are doing and will be available for me to text her in case I have questions/need help or support.

Good afternoon! I would like to (re)introduce myself!! My name is Susie and I have just restarted IP yesterday! I followed the program for four months in 2010 and was very successful, but then fell off the wagon and it backed up and ran me over.

I used to come on here daily (even hourly) because I found the support from everyone here was great and the motivation to keep going! I am really hoping to find that here again!

Hope everyone is having a great day!!

Weigh in #3. I was down 2.8. Today. -10.6 total. I'm happy so far I guess! I keep testing negative on the ketosis sticks but my coach says maybe too much water or maybe too much MIO in my water. Guess I will tone it down and hope for a bigger loss next week.

Oh wait...It's IP and it is a Bad things.

My past couple of days has been a mind struggle. Keep on keeping on plan. Next year.
I agree about the fruit, but at least the veggies are fresh. If you fail to plan then you plan to fail. The diet works!

TGIF everyone!! I need some help/suggestions. I am in the middle of my 3rd week on IP. My first week I lost 6.6lbs. No weight loss or inch loss the 2nd week and so far this week no weight loss????? I have about 20 lbs more to lose, I have not done anything different than I did the first week. I drink all the water, stay on the diet, no cheating. ???

Good afternoon. So I am in my 6th day. Things have been going swimmingly for me. I've had rare hunger. When I do, it's right before lunch or dinner and I am quickly satisfied. I am not having a lot of cravings, minus the occasional daydream of French Fries. I am down 10 pounds in the first 6 days. My biggest problem is that I am still feeling fatigued. I am had about 4-6 ounces of coffee this morning. And that helped. But I came home at lunch and napped for 30 minutes and then about 4 hours later feeling very sleepy again. I thought these detoxing from carb symptoms would be gone by now? Or can I plan on feeling this way for a while? Thanks so much!

Hi,

Congrats on making it to day 6 - don't lose hope, because most likely you're through the worst. The first 10 days were hardest for me being tired all the time, but after that I saw a pretty good improvement in my energy levels again. After 2 weeks I was back to feeling normal. Everyone is different, but it seems that most people feel pretty good after 5-14 days on this. Best of luck!
