Yippee! 6 pounds down this week! Stayed away from MIO and Crystal Light. Feel so much better for it!

I have about 20 lbs more to lose, I have not done anything different than I did the first week. I drink all the water, stay on the diet, no cheating. ???
Trust me, if you are OP, you will lose. Sometimes the body holds onto things a bit. Stick with the plan.

Wow, congrats. I use Mio 1x a day so hoping that is not part of the reason for my slow losses? Awesome 1 week loss for you.

Thanks Tallgirl, I'll stick with it for a couple more weeks, but if the scale or tape measure don't move than its not worth the money. I'll keep OP for a few more weeks.

My body seems really sensitive to it. Thought I was using it more than once a day.

I have ordered some of the Stur that lisa32989 recommended. Found it on netrition webpage.

In the meantime, I have switched to drinking mineral water with some Real Lemon and stevia added in.

Though I don't mind drinking water, I must confess that i do like variety. The MIO and crystal light were helping me out in that way.

Lisa: I know you stay away from bars, but came across these and thought you may want to try them. They are soy and gluten free and some people have said the Simply Bars are not overly sweet.

That is unbelievable! You are melting! Yay for you!

I have a NSV today...I pulled out a pair of capris tucked away in my closet. When I checked the tag I saw they are a size 10. I figured they would be too small, but put them on anyway. They fit! My DH even said they looked a little loose! Now, I think they are a larger 10, but I'll take it! I haven't been in a size 10 for many years. As a matter of fact, the last time I lost weight and was less than I weigh now, I wore a larger size. I am a smaller size at a heavier weight than ever before!

I am had about 4-6 ounces of coffee this morning. And that helped. But I came home at lunch and napped for 30 minutes and then about 4 hours later feeling very sleepy again. I thought these detoxing from carb symptoms would be gone by now? Or can I plan on feeling this way for a while? Thanks so much!
I'm just finishing my 3rd week. I do have occasional bouts of fatigue, maybe 2x's a week, but I am sleeping about an hour less/per night and have a ton more energy...maybe even a little spazy at times. Hang in there!
