claustin what is your coach basing that on? If it is % body fat, you can't rely on what the scale says. They are not accurate when it comes to body fat measurement. You should phase off when YOU are happy.

Lisa OUCH You poor thing! It's bad enough you have to deal with your back pain, now this.

Atlin- Bring your own salad dressing and your packets. You can pick up some lettuce & pre-cut allowed veggies to stash in their fridge. The only meal you really need to worry about is dinner. Offer to help making dinner so you can control what will go into your meal.

So I posted a thread about my disappearing motivation. I am now taking the next step and going to be posting on wall a lot. Taking accountability starts now. So my goal is to be 100 % today and get back on track

Lisa - ouchie!!! I hope things heal up quick for you!

claustin - You will still lose in p2 (there's only about 100-200 calorie difference between p1 and p2 and still the same carbs). Plus as was mentioned, the numbers on the scale can be deceiving (both with weight and body fat!) - your stopping point should be determined more by how you feel, and what you think you can maintain without killing yourself in maintenance. Numbers are nice for goal-setting, but they should never be too concrete. It would be worth talking it through with your coach, find out their reasoning...but then make your decision based on what you want for your body.

Thank you to everyone who responded to my question My coach based this on my Fat % from the print out, my BMI for my height/age and my measurements. She said that I don't have much body fat left to loose its mostly toning/tightening it up. I have decided to wait it out one more week and decide on Monday. If the scale or inches hasn't changed then I will phase off to step 2 and go from there.

I am ok with my size. Its just that pre-set number you have in your head, you know the one "I know I'll feel sexy and skinny when the scale says ___" even though you may look healthy, sexy and skinny to someone else at a different number its not going to matter till you feel it yourself. Well to me that number is out of the 140's. I keep telling myself that I am the same "size" as I was at 135 but I know if I can get the scale down to 135 I will be even smaller. Maybe its just something I have to work on. I do like how I feel/look now. I have no love handles over my clothes anymore lol but I still have a loose baby belly (I have 2 kids) that I was hoping to see get smaller.

I think I will take this week and stick to the program 100% like I've been doing the past 2 weeks and decide on Monday.

I hope you feel better soon Lisa!

I Finally had a whoosh today. After 2 weeks of .6 losses I lost 3 pounds today and half an inch at each measurement! I am so excited! This gave me the motivation and new energy to keep on going. Goal is right around the corner.

Hi 100%ers! I was part of this group and lost 70 lbs last year...now I'm a bit above and really need to refocus. I was posting on the reboot page and realized that wasn't helping me to reach goal. I think the only way is to recommit 100% as I did in the past...I tried rebooting twice this year and would get to day 3 or four and than stop...Now I'm doing my 3rd reboot, and am on day 2. I know I can do it. I know the plan works! So, just need to buckle up and do it!

Thanks for listening.

I thought I would report back on the Chinese restaurant outing. SUCCESS. I ordered beef and broccoli and asked for it steamed with no sauce. It did not look very appetizing (weird gray toned meat), but with some salt and pepper and some of the tabletop chili pepper/oil mixture added to it: DELICIOUS!
