This is not a "judgment" but my experience: I made a choice to go offplan for awhile (hair loss panic and was feeling good so it seemed a good idea). I also really felt I knew the program and could just jump back on. It has taken me from mid Oct to mid-Feb to finally feel like I'm back on track, and it's still not 100% like I was. I don't even want to think of the $$$ wasted. And the 25 pounds I gained back (in that short time -- not eating crazy or pigging out! Scared me!!) I'm finally seeing the scale move back down, and am remotivated. But it took this long! We shouldn't compare to each other, but when I see Ragdoll's 70 pound loss, and realize we started the same time, same weight, and she has lost 50 pounds more than me.... that "can-can guy" on my ticker is kicking my butt for a reason! No sense worrying about what coulda/woulda/shoulda, but it IS harder the second time. I don't know why, but it is. Hopefully though, now that I'm back on track, I'll be sleek 'n sexy for SUMMER!! Gotta move forward.
