IP43 - well, there's really nothing to say, except that I can't read your updates anymore while drinking hot beverages, lest I spit out my tea because I'm laughing so hard. Oh, and if your kids ever decide they want to be lawyers, send them to me and I'll set them straight. The worst part of my job is having to deal with other lawyers.

Not much to report from my neck of the woods. Busy at work but staying 100%. I had a great NSV this week in my bodypump (weightlifting class). We do different routines every class, and it had been a while since I had a triceps routine that included triceps dips. I could never do them before, and had to do a modified version. It always killed me, because I can do everything else in that class, and I'm super competitive by nature. Well, in my Tuesday night class the routine included dips, and I decided I was going to try to do them as you are supposed to do them, and OMG I could do them! And they weren't that hard, even with the ten pound weight that I put in my lap! I was so proud of myself.
