I finally did a progress comparison and shared it on Facebook - many people don't know I've been dieting but I'm definitely getting MUCH more vocal about sharing the program and my journey with people! Here's the pic:

Just checking in to see how all of you are doing and just like I suspected, you are ROCKING IP !!! I am sneaking up on 100 lbs, I will take a picture and post it soon. I am still amazed what being 100% OP can accomplish on this protocol. I'm on vacation until the second week in Jan so I'll have time to read this thread more often So very proud of all of you

Mompattie - I keep hearing about LUSH but I have never made it in to one of the stores. There's one in my area and you've inspired me to check it out.

Hi all, was sick all weekend and didn't have time to check in. Didn't get all my veggies in, but I drank a lot of tea, a lot of water, and got all my packets in. This is the first time I've been sick while on IP.

Utter crazyness on the scale this morning - I'm down 8.4 pounds. That's more than I lost the first week of IP. I had to check several times. I don't think I'm dehydrated because I drank at least 100 oz of water each day over the weekend. Last week was a lower loss week with TOM, so perhaps my body is just adjusting from that. I blew past the 100 pound mark, which is nice. And I have less than 80 pounds to goal. Pretty excited about that!
100lbs! Congratulations on making the Century Club.

I hear stories about shrinking sizes all the time but it still amazes me when it happens. Well done on reaching 14!

Hey Shathom, it's been a while but nice to see you again. Glad to hear you are still doing well and almost at 100lbs too.

Yeah 14!!

I did a little shopping as my pants were getting big. Bought a pair of jeans from Maurices in 5/6! We have a Lands End second hand store and bought a pair of cords in a size 4, tops in XS and a down winter coat in an XS. I can't believe it! Lizrr, you were right about the sizes going down fast at the end. I have never been in this small of clothes. I'm loving it. I am going to stay on Phase 1 through the holidays even if I hit my goal weight. Less temptations.

Good luck everyone!

Wow! You look amazing! You are doing a wonderful job OP.

Over the weekend, my DH bought me a pair of Levi 505 straight leg jeans in a size 14. I tried them on thinking that they probably wouldn't fit. Guess what! They were a little loose. So, I told him I would take them back because by next week I would be able to wear a size 12. He took them back for me and got the size 12. I was able to wear them comfortably today. IP is awesome. If you stay 100% OP it works!

Beck and Kay - congrats on the new sizes!!!! It really is amazing how the program totally reshapes you, I thought size 12 would be where I would stop, but I feel like I have a little ways left to go and I started wearing the 12s a couple of weeks ago!

LosingLawyer - congrats on being a member of the Century Club!

Beck81- omg, those sizes just whittle off at the end!

Great job at the 12 but maybe you should have gone for the 10 right away. You're losing so well those 12 will be loose in no time.

I spent some well needed time on the site today trying to kick yet another afternoon craving to eat anything really. These last 2 weeks have been horrible but at least I'm not giving in to anything off-program. Today I had a couple pieces of the homemade beef jerky that I brought for my team. I don't want to keep in that habit though either.

Tonight I've been studying with the Christmas tunes going in the background. I feel so much lighter than I have for a while and that isn't meant to be just "weight" but energy and less-stressed even with the work. Energy has been a non-existant word for me for a long time when I was struggling with thyroid and gluten issues so it just feels good to feel good.

So on that note I'm going to post a picture of how I feel today. It was taken at my recent work Christmas party where they have a photo booth. There are props to dress up your picture with and the idea is to jump in with a group of people, get quick candid photos done then move on. This year I was confident enough to go several times dragging different people with me (normally I hate pictures!). In this shot, the group I was with took too long to get in the picture so I posed by myself. I hope the expression says it all.

One more picture to post from my Christmas party. This one is with two of my friends. The lady on the left is wearing the dress that I wore to last year's party and the lady on the right gave me the dress I was wearing this year. Looking at the two of them gives me a bit of a before and after feeling.

Fortunately both of them have lost weight in the past year also, different ways than me but full of the same old struggles and determination. I'm so lucky to have friends like them as my support team. They are nothing but happy for what I've accomplished too.

Don't buy too many as you'll need smaller soon!

Thanks, Liz. I couldn't believe anyone could get down to the small sizes that you are in but I'm getting there! I need to post some pics in what are you wearing of some of my new clothes!
