Lunch: Chocolate EAS Shake...no way to get veggies today, we have no running water...ugh!!!!

Dinner: bunless burger, lettuce, tomato pickle...no water yet (in the house)..

B - Egg White Omelet with ham, green peppers, and mushrooms and a chicken sausage patty. Keurig Vanilla Biscotti K-Cup with Truvia sweetener and EAS French Vanilla RTD shake as the creamer.

L - Multi-lettuce salad with mushrooms, green peppers, raw onions, oil, pepper and shredded tuna fish and an EAS RTD Rich Dark Chocolate shake.

D - Tuna Patty recipe from Think Slimmer -http://thinkslimmer.wordpress.com/recipe-book/entrees/tuna-patties/

S - EAS RTD Rich Dark Chocolate shake.
