Phase 4:
This was a poorly planned Phase 1 Day after my Cheat Day. I really need to stay on top of my menu in Maintenance. We were in SA for my brothers birthday, 5 hour drive back which I didn't prepare for.
Breakfast: Out to brunch with family friends before the drive back
3 Egg White Scramble with Spinach & Tomatoes <--way less than 2 cups!
Coffee + 1/2 EAS Vanilla + Truvia
Lunch & Snack: I was so not prepared for the 5 hour drive...I needed Rainbows travel bag!!!
1 Pure Protein Bar <--started off with this on the road
1 Bag Jalapeno Beef Jerky <--got this on the 1st stop, I was starving and saw the carbs & sugar (15g total) after I woofed down the bag.
Bagged Dill Pickle <--thank goodness for gas station packaged pickles, got this on the 2nd stop, which was a Dairy Queen/Exxon...thanks hubby...no temptation there! He got a milkshake, I got a big pickle!
Run 5 miles <--had to add in some sweaty workout to help the detox!
Dinner:
Cucumber Sorbet: Cucumbers & Lemon Juice & No-Calorie Sweetener
Chocolate Zucchini Cake: IP Chocolate Drink + 2 Egg Whites + 1/2 tsp Baking Powder + Zucchini
I don't even know how to account for all the randomness in todays menu...bad Lizzie...let's just say I am sooooo happy to be back home and in my kitchen! First thing I did was go on a veggie run!
