opposite day....protein early because its a long BEACH DAY!!!
BREKKiE: turkey sausage and veggie cheese quesadilla on mama lupe low carb tortilla, coffee with 1 oz almond milk LUNCH: Greek Salad with Turkey Pepperoni, BBQ Zippers, sweet basil limeade SUPPER: Green Goddess Soup, IP Raspberry Jelly SNACK: Chai Tea

Breakfast: IP RM Vanilla drink in Maple Coffee
Lunch: IP RM Chocolate drink and dill pickles
Dinner: Sauerkraut and pork tenderloin, salad w/WF, oil and salt
Snack: Chocolate drink, heated

Breakfast: Peach-Mango Drink
Lunch: IP Chicken soup with 3/4 cup mushrooms and various diced peppers sauteed with fresh garlic, evoo, and curry powder. SO YUMMY. Also a salad the rest of the veggies + homemade dressing
Dinner: ??? Steak strips sauteed with mushrooms, cauliflower, zucchini,etc and some interesting spices.
Snack: I'll try the onion and garlic soy nuts for the first time.
Phase 1
Breakfast: vanilla pudding with coffee and wf Carmel sauce made into a shake
Lunch: creamy spinach 2 cups spinach sautéed with broc and cheese soup
Supper: bison burgers, miracle noodle stir fry 2 cups assorted peppers with peanut sauce
Snack: not sure yet
B: chocolate drink (powdered) I add extra water and pour it over ice
L: IP bar, not sure which one yet with roasted asparagus
D: tacos
S: RTD chocolate drink
Lunch: Tried the potato puree as a wrap. OMG. SO GOOD. I have a feeling I'll be addicted to this, i miss my wraps soooo much.
Dinner: ...have to work til 1 am, so a chicken breast and steamed veggies
How did you make your wrap? I haven't had much success with mine and about to go hunting on the recipe threads to find the recipe and see what I have been doing wrong.
Breakfast--banana pudding baked into cookies
Lunch--BIG salad and peanut crunch bar

Snack--butterscotch pudding blended with decaf and ice

L= Veggie Chili --supprisingly delish, cuccumbers in vinegar/salt/garlic...makes you down that water like none other!
D=8oz lean steak, 2 cups of steamed broccoli
S=butterscotch pudding--smoothie style with sprinke of cinnamon
S #2= chocolate drink
I am on day 7 of phase 1 so my coach has me have an extra packet.
Today marked the end of week one! AND I went out to dinner with the hubs, and was able to order with confidence and say NO NO NO to the bread and cinn/sugar butter that they have at Texas Roadhouse
