Breakfast: Chocolate pancake muffins, coffee
Lunch: Taking my son into the city to see Daddy at work Maybe sashimi or fish and salad. We'll see, there are a few good options up there and i'll pack some walden farms dressing.
Dinner: Herb omlette, zuchinni
Snack: Rasperry Jelly
Breakfast: Proti-Diet apple cinnamon oatmeal (unrestricted!), coffee
Lunch: IP Spaghetti Bolognese, 2 cups of whatever I can scrounge up at my mother in law's house
Dinner: chicken with puree "gravy" (bumped from yesterday, we ended up going out to eat)
Snack: IP Mushroom soup flatbread with 2 egg whites omelet - I have to stay up super late working on party stuff and a baking order, I'll be on my feet pretty much all night so I need the boost!
Lunch - EAS Drink, 1 c Mustard Coleslaw, 1 c raw veggies
Snack - ? maybe will make some IP Raspberry Jelly?
Supper - IP friendly meatloaf, 'fried' turnips, fresh green beans from the garden
How do you like the Proti-Diet pancakes? I've been eyeballing them at the nutrition store the last few times I was there, but wasn't sure if they were any good.
Breakfast: IP vanilla drink cookies, with WF Strawberry spread
Lunch: IP Chicken Soup with 2 cups mushrooms
Dinner: Chicken with 2 cups broc, lettuce with olive oil dressing
Snack: IP Vanilla pudding snack
Breakfast: IP Lemon Pudding
Lunch: IP Chocolate Drink Mix w/ 1C spinach
Snack: White Chocolate Cinnamon Bar
Dinner: who knows. I didnt take anything out to cook and we are going to a football game tonight. Might have to hit up Chili's before the game
Breakfast: Vanilla Pudding Shake, watered down and some used in my coffee Lunch: Rhubarb Jelly. (Microwaved Rhubarb, added Stevia, and put in IP Jelly. Kept in fridge for 3 days...still delicious Dinner: 6 oz ground turkey with lots of sauteed veggies, 2 t EVOO, sea salt. Snack: Chocolate Pudding with Almond Extract.
