Welcome! You'll do great!

Here's a tip: Cut up your veggies and keep them in the fridge. I always have at least 2-4 cups of cut up green and red peppers in 2 cup containers. Also cut up cucumbers, celery, etc so you can put it right onto salad.

I always saute the cut up peppers in a frying pan, add mushrooms, garlic, s and p, then add my mixed IP soup to it, right in the frying pan. It makes a filling lunch and is quick to prepare. (I like the chicken soup, broc-cheese, leek soup, etc.)

You'll find your own favorites according to your own taste. Don't be afraid to try new things and doctor up your packets. There are lots of great ideas on this forum.

Best of luck!

I started yesterday, and am very excited as well! This forum will be absolutely essential to my success, as the official IP website doesn't give a whole lot of info. Yipee!
