Hi everyone! I am trying to learn as much as I can about the IP diets and I posted this a week ago or so about an IP Alternative http://www.3fatchicks.com/forum/idea...-i-bought.html I was looking at the label I noticed it contain fructose and I am a little concerned about it. Does anyone have any advise on this and is it really okay as an alternative for IP. I hear many things saying how bad HFCS is for you. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I would try to avoid fructose, but it is in some ip food and in some alternatives. The amounts are small enough that it doesn't impact ketosis. Just make sure the carb count is as low as the ip shakes.

The carb count is 4 g
and sugars is 1 g
is that okay?
