Hi everyone! I am trying to learn as much as I can about the IP diets and I posted this a week ago or so about an IP Alternative

Does anyone have any advise on this and is it really okay as an alternative for IP. I hear many things saying how bad HFCS is for you. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
