I bought these at Complete nutrition and I love the taste do you think they would work as a substitute to IP shakes. So much more affordable and I actually prefer their taste....

I bought them from Complete nutrition. I think they have stores all over and I think you can order from the link I posted. They were $49 be tub (23 servings) but they had a special buy 2 get one free. So each serving cost me $1.42. A lot better then $4 each IMO.

I also found other ones I LOVE its Metabolic Nutrition Protizyme shake. 28 servings for about $41. so far my favorites are banana creme and peanut butter cookie. I sometimes do a half and half combo(banana peanut butter..yum!).

I mixed it with water or sometimes my 2 oz of skim milk or almond milk and the rest water and some ice.
