I have my restricted around 3:00. (I don't usually have my lunch packet at lunch time, but save it for mid-afternoon when I'm always snackish)
Then I have my bedtime snack around 9:30, which is always unrestricted. Often it's a spinach smoothie or IP vanilla mixed into sleepy time tea, yum. (depending on time of year)
I have my snack around 8:00 each night (I go to bed at 9:00) need the extra boost of protein for the next morning since I get up at 0430 to get ready to go to work , get to work between 0600 and 0630 and don't have my breakfast until I get settled in my office.
Ha I thought I was the only one who used 0600! Good to see I'm not the only 24 hour clock dork here in the US.
Currently I have my snack in the late afternoon; it's a long way between lunch and dinner for me, so I need something.
I try to eat at around 9, around 1 (just finished lunch) and dinner is not till 8-ish in our family. I need something at around 4-5 pm on the commute home. If I've not had my restricted for breakfast, I have it then. Or I have a shake.
I keep very long hours during the day so I am up at 6 and don't got to bed before midnight/1 am (yeah, yeah, I know). Mostly I have not been hungry after dinner and til bedtime. I do drink at least 32 ozs of water and maybe a cup of hot tea during that time though.

I was turned off by the vanilla shakes but your suggestion of pairing it with the sleepy time tea sounds amazing! I love that stuff....thanks so much for the idea!!
wish I could have it late at night BUT I eat dinner around 7;30 to 8. It just works out that way. I have to have my snack around 5 or so while I am prepping dinner; otherwise I end up not eating anything from 1 (lunch time) to 8 at night.
I was told to have mine 20 minutes prior to going to sleep. However I have been doing it about an hour prior to just because I stay up reading for about an hour in bed.
Hey I work for the Navy, was an Army brat and an Air Force wife, at least I didn't completely confuse people with the military times for night
Ahh see more reasons to like you!

I don't like the vanilla powder but the IP RTD vanilla is AWESOME. I live the chocolate IP shake mix but don't care for the Chocolate RTD mix. My coach let me try a RTD it worked I bought a box.
