Breakfast: LOL - was going to have an EAS Chocolate RTD, but left home without it, so had the emergency stash of BBQ Soy Nuts instead
Glad I took usmcvet's advice a few weeks ago on keeping something (that won't melt) in the car for emergencies.
Lunch: IP Chicken A La King and a big salad
Supper: Turkey stir-fry with veggies, Kikkomen's soy sauce, & evoo
Snack: Raspberry jelly w/1 c shredded cabbage
