Do you try to eat light the night before and what do you eat the day of your WI?

I don't change anything. Same thing every day. The only thing that changes is the protein that I eat. WI days for me are just regular days.

I got to my WI the same time each week. I do where the same type of clothes, Yoga pants and a tee shirt, because they do measure me and I want it to be consistent. I donít alter my eating in any way. I also cheat a bit and weigh myself at home, naked, that morning before the WI cause it always is lower than at the clinic that night!

I have only been on IP for a month. But I just eat the way I'm supposed to and hope for the best. I am in it for the long haul, so the WI is what it is. My goal weight won't be reached until the end of the year...so one day at a time.

...it sure would be nice if I could get my ticker to show up...but for some reason once I cut and paste, it's only good for that one message.

Nothing different for me, I stay consistent each week so i know what my true day to day routine results in. My WI is Fri@1pm. The only real change was having to switch bras when the girls "downsized".

I played that game whin I was on WW , this time I'm doing it differently. I do tend to drink less water in the afternoon(WI @5:45), but I think that"s unconciencely.

I just eat my normal stuff, and just make sure I pee right before. I wear different pants, etc.

I figure I'm in it for a year, so it will all average out.

The day is the same for me. I don't play games with the scale like I used to. What is, is, and what doesn't come off this week will the next or the next.

That's how I've been also. Yes, I really played that game on WW. I've been weighing in at noon during the summer and I do the WI before lunch. I also pee before it, but that's about it. I, too, am here for the long haul. What doesn't come off this week will come off next week because I'm sticking to this.

It's just a regular day for me too. I eat what I'm supposed to eat, I drink what I'm supposed to drink and I wear whatever I planned to wear that day...no games, just consistent weightloss. Love this diet!

Like everyone else, I just have a regular day and don't change anything. I weigh myself daily first thing in the morning (I know you're not supposed to) and then sort of expect a 2-pound increase by the time of my late afternoon WI. It is what it is. No game-playing this last time around.

I also weigh myself first thing in the morning and just expect that it will be 2-3 lbs higher when I weigh in at the office. I also tend to wear the same type of clothes so my measurements are not too off.

I totally change my day, I admit it!

I drink more of my water upfront - no water after 3pm (I weigh in at 7). No food after that time either, which means I get my dinner when I get home.

I have a chocolate shake for breakfast at 7, a ready made pudding around 11, a vanilla drink for lunch around 2 and that's it - no salad or other veggies, and no soup or anything that's got added sodium.

The SECOND I step off the scale at weigh in I eat my restricted (usually peanut puffs) and down a huge bottle of water.

Logically I know I shouldn't be this insane about the whole thing but it's a strange coping mechanism and it works for me. I also pee the minute before I step on the scale and wear the lightest clothing possible.
