Unrestricted- dark chocolate pudding chilled then Vietnamese cinnamon sprinkled on each spoon full (thanks to IDP member Nylan for getting me hooked)

They have the same amount of protein, just more calories and carbs.

Hands down the vanilla pudding mix, which I turn into a milkshake every night for desert. Adding cinnamon, lots of ice and some Stevia English toffee drops makes it even better.

I have the Dark Chocolate Pudding pretty much every night for snack. I'll have to try it with cinnamon. I've tried putting salt on it, but it doesn't really do to much.

Favorite unrestricted - chocolate drink with a shot of sugar-free almond Torani syrup.

Favorite restricted - BBQ Soy Nuts used in a spinach salad at lunch. Tastes great!
