I just emailed my coach inquiring about the summer squash. She just returned from regional director training. If it isn't on the sheet, I won't be having it.

Spaghetti squash is not classified as "summer squash" - nutritionally it is in line with winter squash, which are forbidden.

What is the secret to blending drinks? I took the cappuccino mix and was going to make an iced drink. I mixed it up added it to the blender with ice and coffee, and it turned into a huge foamy mess. What's the secret to all of these iced blended drinks?

I first mix my measured water, the ice and any add-ons (spinach, coffee, stevia, etc), then add the packet/powder and give it a 5-10 sec whirl. It seems to keep down the foam.

Don't use too much liquid. If you want to add coffee and ice to it, make sure you reduce the amount of water by the same amount.

I'm just wondering why you are scheduled for a tummy tuck at this point in your weight loss? Do you plan to be to goal by that date?
