I've been drinking 4 32 oz bottles a day. Not easy for me, because I don't love water. BUT I'm 10 days without soda and that alone makes me feel amazing!
I've been going to the bathroom about 4 times an hour - MINIMUM!

I feel you Marle!!! I don't want to leave the house for fear I won't find a bathroom! I asked if that was "normal" since I'm on my 2nd day with a good response of YES! Best wishes on your journey!
Just think of it like this....every time you go to the bathroom you are letting FAT go, so don't mind it, it means you are getting rid of the unwanted weight Your body does get used of all the water that you drink
