How much water do you drink?
Hi all:
I'm just curious how much water everyone drinks each day? I have been drinking about 100 ounces a day, and am trying to bump it up a little more. Have any of you noticed differences in losses that you think are attributable to increased water intake? |
I drink 4-5 liters a day. I do notice if I don't drink all of my water my losses are slower

You guys just inspired me to up my water intake too. I've been between 3-4 liters a day (closer to 3).

I am drinking 4 to 5 32oz bottles a day.

LosingLawyer, I forgot to mention this to you earlier, but my doctor told me that you should aim to drink as many ounces of water as 40-50% of your body weight.

I drink 5 or 6 32oz cups a day

I drink 2.5 to 3.5 liters per day.
