Yikes! I don't know how all of you can drink that much water. It takes me all day to get in the 64oz minimum. I just started IP on the 5th and can't imagine drinking more than 64oz.

I'm not sure how much but it is a lot. I just came home from with the family and I just drank 40 ounces. I had the same with breakfast and I've had a few 20 ounce bottles while out.

My minimum is 3 24 oz bottles throughout the day. I also drink decaf herbal tea and I have 2 glasses of water with breakfast and supper.

On a work day I typically drink about 160 oz a day. My weekend is a little less because I'm not sitting at my desk (with the occasional tros to the water cooler and bathroom of course!).

I found the insulated cups with a straw - they're 16 ounces. I drink so much more with a straw! They have them at a lot of different stores now, they're pretty popular.

I agree with the straw, I found that room temp water at work is the easiest to down. I have a Gallon of drinking water at my desk and my goal daily is to drink half of it by noon. That is the bare min for IP. So then any water after is a bonus.

Wow - and here I thought I was doing well with 80oz a day. I agree with the straw thing and I have to drink it ice cold. If it is room temperature I cant slug it down.

I am not a water drinker either, but when I started to help me drink my required and more I found a container that I enjoyed drinking out of, it has a straw, and I also mix 1/4 crystal light lemonade and the rest water. I needed some lemon flavor which has helped a ton.

The pitcher holds ~8 8-oz glasses of water, added with my 3-4 Dickey's BBQ 32 oz cups (we have a household full of those d*mn plastic cups thanks to hubbys lunchtime tea addiction) my urine is always clear. I've never had a problem drinking water, on occasion I will make my own seltzer and have a nighttime bubbly - it's been cleared with my coach as it has no phosphoric acid (I make it myself with pure CO2) and it's an occasional treat.

Silly newbie question... when you gals/guys calculate how much water you use to make IP drinks in your "water consumption total" or no?

I drink at least 3 25oz bottles a day. I will often go four.

I could up the water intake if I needed to, it isn't that difficult for me to get the water in which I am beyond thankful for.
