I sometimes mix up a 1/2 of the choc drink or capaccino drink and use it in my coffee throughout the day vs cream. I usually love creamy coffee. It certainly does the trick.

Sabredawn, like you, I thought I would be eating virtually 4 c of broccoli a day on this diet. But I have forced myself to try other veggies, particularly using some of the recipes in the stickies for this forum. Some I didn't like (kale chips, turnip fries), others have been an absolute surprise--like zucchini cooked with cinnamon and lemon (tasting apple-like--yummy!) Two other ideas for you to try to get different veggies in:
- add more water to your pudding mix so it's like a smoothie and then add 1-2 cups of spinach with it in a blender. You won't hardly even notice the spinach is there!
- I often have 1 c of broccoli (or other cooked veggie) and then get my other cup in the form of mixed raw veggies in a salad. Example: 1 c of cucumbers, 1/2 c celery and 1/2 c of bell peppers as a salad with my romaine.

I know all our bodies and taste buds are different, but these tricks have helped me. Hang in there!

Here are some tips you could consider.

* Weeks that I cut back on condiments seem to be a little better than those when I use it.

* Space meals by 4 - 5 hours for optimal fat burning (several coaches give different hours but if your doing less try this it could improve your weight loss).

* Can you eliminate your cream? I think we're only suppose to use fat free milk, but maybe your coach oked cream...getting rid of that should help... GOOD LUCK!!!
