My kickboxing is at 5:30! It works good because then I can have my supper after. When I go to hot yoga its usually a little later like 7 or so and that I find harder because I don't want to eat supper before, but eating the bar at 4ish I start to get hungry around 7 again. Sigh. It's a balance, everything requires thought and planning. Which is good, before I was a grab and go girl.

If you are exercising they say to do an extra IP packet. Or that's my understanding anyway.

You are correct!!...on a NORMAL day its 2 unrestricted and ONE restricted. On the days you work out you should add another packet, preferably from what I was told is 1/2 before and 1/2 after

My coach said it's 3 total in P1. I got that wrong impression too and ate 3 IP non-rest and 1 rest for 1 week and my loses were minimal and I had cravings that week. Yes they say you add a 4th packet if you exercise although I don't do that.

Checked out your blog definitely helpful. After looking at your blog, I am thinking I may be eating too many vegetables. I make sure I eat 2 cups of veggies sometimes a bit more.

My typical menu

Breakfast - IP Cappacino
Lunch - IP Tomato Basil, Sauteed Okra with olive oil and spices, lettuce with WF thousand island
Snach - IP Butterscotch Pudding
Dinner - 2 fillets of Tilapia sauteed in olive oil and cauli-brocolli soup (yum!) and lettuce with thousand island

Today's menu:

B: chocolate drink in my coffee
L: hot chocolate w/ 1 cup spinach & 1 cup cauliflower popcorn
S: choc peanut butter bar
D: hamburger w/2 cups broccoli maybe a lettuce wrap for the hamburger

My issue is still at night, so I might have half my bar at 3 and half a pack of soy balls tonight
