Many of you may have already seen this movie. It has been circulating around for many years. I found it very interesting in the concept and point.
I realize that water boils at different points if at different altitudes but, the point of this video is that is just that one last degree of effort, of change, that makes the difference.
What isn't mentioned in the video is that last degree of temperature change comes at a high loss of energy.
For those of us who are striving to make a goal and it feels like that last X number of pounds is just so hard to get, maybe something like this would be helpful to keep in mind.
That last bit of effort is always most crucial as you are creating change!
