Default Do we absolutely have to eat all 3 IP meals per day?

Hi there...I'm trying to figure out if i may be stalling my weightloss by now eating all 3 IP packets a day. I don't feel hungry enough to have a snack. I wonder if that's stopping my weight loss? I also only use olive oil to cook my veggies or omelet, or drizzle a bit on romaine. Am i supposed to measure out at least 2 teaspoons each day? I also don't measure sea salt, but use it as seasoning. Does anybody know if the is minimum protein and carb amount we should consume each day? I eat about 700 cal per day with 80-90 gr of protein and 30-35 carbs...Please help...

I think the rules are that you try having 3 packs a day. Try to pace yourself so that you are eating every 2-3 hours. As an example:
8:00am - IP pack breakfast, coffee
11:00am- snack (vegetables, salad, miracle noodles)
1:00pm - IP pack lunch, salad/vegetables
4:00pm-IP Pack snack
6:30-7:00pm - dinner & salad/vegetables

Add lots of water and don't eat near bed time. Stop food intake at least 2 hours before bedtime.

At 700 cal per day you can easily fall into starvation mode and your body will shut down the fat burning process for self preservation. As strange as it may seem you NEED to eat, think of it as putting a log on the camp fire to keep things burning.

My coach this week also explained that she keeps track of my lean body mass to make sure I'm not losing muscle tissue (which could include vital muscles like the heart). She said that's why I have to eat 3 per day because I was also sometimes not feeling like the 3 packet. It will also send you into starvation mode - the level of protein is all that's stopping us from going into starvation mode with such low caloric intake so we have to make sure we get enough.

The only time I skip my last packet of the day is if I feel I over did it with my meat that day. Sometimes my steak is 8 oz, so I figure skipping my pudding snack later compensates. I wouldn't go under 800 calories though. If your body thinks you're starving, it will hang onto the fat (or so my coach says - I'm no expert!).
